  • We don’t have a fixed nightly rate, as prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and availability.

Shorter stays can appear more expensive per night because cleaning and hot tub preparation costs are fixed per stay rather than per night. For this reason, longer stays usually offer better overall value.

We also offer reduced rates during quieter periods, particularly between November and March, as Cornwall is a very seasonal destination. Teal Lodge Cornwall is available to guests year-round.

You can view live prices and availability on our booking page, which always shows the best available direct rate.

  • To ensure the lodge can be properly prepared for every guest, we do not offer one-night stays.

Typically, the minimum stay is three nights, which allows us to cover the time and preparation required for the hot tub and full housekeeping between guests.

In quieter periods, or for late availability where other bookings allow, we may occasionally offer two-night stays.

During peak holiday periods, school holidays, Christmas and New Year, longer minimum stays may apply.

You can always check current availability and minimum stay requirements on our online booking calendar, or contact us if you have any questions.

  • Arrival & departure days vary depending on the time of year. In peak periods a weekly minimum stay may apply with limited changeover day options. At other times of year shorter stays are usually available with more flexible arrival & departure dates. Please check your dates on our booking page or contact us if your preferred dates are available but not open to book
